Prom: A tentative date has been set for Prom on June 20. This is pending state decisions and guidance on social distancing at dances and other events.
HS Underclassmen will have school until May 29. This means teachers will continue to hold office hours and send resources through this date. Computers will be turned in on May 29. 11th Grade: 9-10:00., 10th Grade: 11-12:00, 9th Grade: 12-1:00.
Juniors-Freshmen (Class Registration for 2020-21). On Monday, May 11 parents and students will receive an email with instructions and information on registering for classes online for the 2020-21 school year.
Senior Graduation: The last day of school for seniors is Friday, May 15, so teachers will be finalizing 2nd semester grades for seniors at that time. Your second semester grade is your 3rd quarter grade. The tentative date set for graduation is June 28. 52 credits are needed.
Senior Awards Night: On Friday, May 15 West Monona will release a virtual awards ceremony for the class of 2020. The awards and the names of the recipients will be read. Certificates will be included in the senior class Jostens packets that students will get on Friday.
Senior Class (computers): On Friday May, 15 you will be turning in your computers from 10:00 to 11:00. Jostens will be on hand with Senior packets. Scholarship certificates will also be in the packet. You may pick up art projects at this time as well. CDC guidelines in use.
PK-8 student item pickup is underway. Come out to the schools and get your students’ items from now until 7 pm. Return your library books and other school property at the same time!
PK-8 families: remember that you can return library books and other school property tonight from 5-7 during student property pick-up time.
PK-8 student belonging pick-up is tonight from 5-7 pm. We ask that you drive up, request your child's items, and remain in your car while we retrieve them. PK-1st pick up on 3rd street at the PK doors and 2-5 pick up at the main entrance. All MS pick up in front of the MS/HS.
Elem student belonging pick-up scheduled for tonight is postponed until Tuesday from 5-7 pm due to the rainy weather forecasted for today. MS pickup will be Tuesday from 5-7 pm also. Library books and other items that belong to school can be dropped off during this time as well.
Good evening to you. High school students who have not picked up their stuff from their locker can do so between 8-10 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday this week. CDC guidelines will be followed.

SENIORS: You need to turn in 2 hard copy senior pictures by May 6 to be included in the Class of 2020 feature. The pics also go on transcipts. Pics can be mailed to the HS.

PK-8 Student Possession Pick-Up
PK-5 possession pick-up will take place on Monday, May 4, from 5-7 pm. All pick-ups will be in a drive through fashion. Parents will drive up and ask for their child/children’s belongings. Staff will go into the building and gather the students’ possessions and bring them back.
PK, Kindergarten, 1st grade will pick up on 3rd Street at the PK doors in the bus loading area.
2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students will pick up on 4th Street at the main entry
