Eight West Monona high school students took part in the SCI@BVU event at Buena Vista University on Friday, April 8. The students worked with BVU faculty while doing hands-on lab activities with fingerprints, DNA samples, pharmaceuticals, and code-cracking. After each team member worked in three different labs, they joined their group to solve a murder mystery using the data from their work.
