As we wrap up the first quarter and look back at the work we have completed, WE HAVE WORKED REALLY HARD! We have been working off the place value chart. We can add, subtract, multiply, divide, round numbers/decimals, and we also know that fractions can present themselves on the chart! The students have recently finished up their first math project. They had to Figure Mrs. Healy Out! Then they created their own Figure Me Out problems. The students really did a great job! They have gained so much confidence in math and realized how fun math can be! If you decide to walk down the 4/5 grade hallway, please stop by and try to figure out our mathematicians!!
